We had reserved and prepaid a One Bedroom Appartment with Agoda. On arrival at 1600 there was some confusion at reception. They said the room was not ready. After a wait of 15 minutes we got keys for a room. Only when entering room we realised it was a Standard room. No kitchen and no living room. I had to go down to reception to fomplain. They of course blamed ago. If they were overbooked, then the manager Ahmed should have told us before handing out keys and should have apologized. It seems he just hoped to cheat us and hoped we wouldnt realize the error. Agoda later reimbursed us 32 SAR, which is very little for not having kitchen and living room. The hotel itself was as described
